Shipping and Returns:

At Rashk, our customers always come first. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us via email. Our customer care team is always available to assist you with any queries or complaints.

Validity for Return:

If you wish to return a product, please initiate the process within 12 hours of receiving your order. Once your order is safely delivered and marked complete by our team, you will receive a confirmation email. In case of damage, wrong items, or an opened package, please contact us before sending the items back. Note that returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

Proof of Purchase:

To exchange or return any item, a receipt of your purchase is REQUIRED. We cannot process any exchange or return without proof of purchase.

Returning the Item:

Items returned without a properly filled complaint will NOT be accepted and may be returned without a refund. Once the items are in your possession, they are your responsibility. Please handle them with care and ensure that you use a method that secures the value of the goods and retain your proof of postage. If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return.

Conditions for Refund:

To process a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:
– The item must be unworn, undamaged, and have all tags intact.
– The item should be in its original condition with all original tags and the receipt.
– The item should not have any scratches, stretches, or damage from forceful trials.
– The item should not have any unhygienic marks such as deodorant or aftershave stains.
– The item should be returned within 14 days of receipt.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selected variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Shipment Charges:

During the return process, you are responsible for the return postage/delivery charges. For a safe return, you MUST use a trackable shipping method and retain all proofs. The package will only become our responsibility once it is received by us.

Order Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their order within 8 hours of placing it. All orders must be canceled through the proper protocol (quoting the order reference number and name). If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return procedure mentioned above. A full refund will be issued for the payment made, but delivery charges are non-refundable. Returning the parcel to Rashk is your responsibility until it reaches us. For security purposes, we recommend insuring the parcel for the value of the goods and retaining all delivery records. To cancel an order, please inform us before the dispatch of the item.

Refusing to Accept the Order:

Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obligated to receive it. If the customer does not respond to our courier company, fails to receive it, or refuses to accept the order at the given address (due to tax payment or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to Rashk. Rashk reserves the right to deduct the following from the customer:
– Shipping charges (both ways) and any duties imposed at the destination and in the country of origin.
The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order, a new order will need to be placed.

Additionally, we will not accept responsibility for packages returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be charged for re-sending any order(s), which MUST be paid beforehand.

Furthermore, Rashk will not accept responsibility for items delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information provided.
